When we started: Mid-March 2024
What we did: They were paying too much for leads and they wanted to see if we could keep lead volume in the same ballpark. They drastically increased their spend in March to get lead volume up. We took over midway through the month. Some of what we did to get the cost per lead down included analyzing historical data to find opportunities, eliminated wasted ad spend, paused low performing ads, tested new ads and worked with them on landing page redesigns.
