When we started: September 2019

What we did: We began analyzing historical data to see how much we damage we could undo. We were able to “stop the bleeding” and get wasted ad spend under control. Next we began working on growth and getting lead volume up. We also tested new landing pages which lead to a big drop in their cost per lead.
