When we started: October 2022
What we did: They were generating leads but felt they could get more with their budget. One of the first things we did was reduce some wasted ad spend and test new ads. Next, we split tested some new landing pages and started optimizing the bidding and when they showed their ads. Their after-hours leads had a low close rate so we began to spend more during business hours. NOTE: For other business reasons, they opted to reduce some business expenses in January then picked things back up in February. This is the reason why January has a relatively small ad spend.
