What we did: They use to get leads well below $100 and they wanted to see if that was possible despite a competitive market. They had Google reps guiding them which caused a lot of issues. We reverse-engineered much of what was done over the previous year, reduce wasted ad spend and steer ad spend towards keywords that had the best historical performance.
