Goal: The goal was to reduce their cost per lead and eventually increase spend.

When we started: February 2023
What we did: The account was good but they felt it could get even better and wanted to spend closer to $15K per month. We dug into the historical data and started finding small areas of opportunity to slowly lower the CPA.
We removed areas of wasted ad spend, began split testing ads, testing new keywords and bid strategies. Eventually we were able to get their cost per lead closer to $30 which they have never been able to do. Additionally they were able to spend over $14K per month which was the most they had ever spent in the account. They were certainly pleased with the direction we were able to take their account.
