When we started: July 2024
What we did: They were generating leads at a good cost per lead. What we did was finding areas of wasted ad spend, worked on incremental adjustments to see if we could bring down the cost per lead even more. Once we established that we could do this over the course of several months, the client wanted to ramp up the spend to see if we could continue to product leads at a similar cost per lead, which we were able to do.
